• Converting to Andreae Filter Media saves money.   The easiest filter to use on the Market, save time on filter change out, with less time on filter changes means less disposal costs, less labour and more production time.

• Holding Capacity Up To 3 To 5 Times Higher Than Other Types Of Filters – Capable of in depth loading of the filter, never face loads.  The filter life depends on the type of coating, amount of product being sprayed, transfer efficiency, and air flow.

• Filtration Method– Particles are retained in pockets out of the air stream and therefore cannot migrate through the filter.  Over extension dramatically increases the static pressure and reduces filter life, that is why Andreae Filters are equipped with extension limiters.

• Ecological Product- Made from recycled paper.

OPERATION: - Through the use of Inertia separation, the Andreae Filter achieves these high standards.  The paint laden air flow (over spray) suffers several radical changes in direction.  The paint particles, heavier than air, are ejected out of the air stream.
