ELECTROSTATIC PLEATED PANEL FILTER

Electrostatic Pleated Panel Filter class F5 according to EN779 (40 ≤ Em < 60%). Polyester acrylic coated non-woven fine filament that is mechanically pleated and heat set to form a consistent uniform pleats, standing up to repeat cleaning in the harshest of environments.

APPLICATION

Media uses static electricity to extract airborne contaminants from the airstream, and is designed to replace disposable air filters commonly used in residential, commercial and industrial HVAC applications.

FILTER MEDIA

Polyester synthetic media is a non-woven, non-migrating media of high quality, uniformity and excellent filtering performance. The electrostatic charged filter has an increased efficiency in the range of particles of 1-3 micron size.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

CONSTRUCTION

All filter channels are roll formed into a strong sturdy channel. Frame is tightly fitted to filter media. In addition to the standard roll formed frame design, more custom options with custom thickness are also available.
