PORET WITH RENUFRAME ASSEMBLY

Poret Media class G4 according to EN 779:2012 (Em≥95%).   Poret Media can be used as a replacement filter mat within a Renuframe. The Poret can be quickly vacuumed, or removed and washed by technicians or air conditioning contractors

APPLICATIONS

Ventilation and Air conditioning systems, as a main filter or pre-filter before higher efficiency units.  Electronic Control Panel Enclosures, filtering coarse dusts and protecting sensitive equipment.  Fan Coil units found in hotels and offices.

FILTER MEDIA

Polyurethane Foam Reticulated Open Cell Foam.  
Poret Foam is manufactured completely free of CFC’ or plasticizers.
Performs excellent in high moisture & humid conditions.
Media is available in varying densities.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

HOLDING FRAMES AND CASINGS

Holding frames and casings for Poret Media are available standard sizes and can be manufactured to suit non-standard applications.

RENUFRAME CONSTRUCTION

The filter media is dual density Polyester foam, enclosed within a galvanised steel channel frame with galvanised mesh on the downstream and cross-brace retaining rods on the inlet.  

The frame is provided rolled channel edges and corner gussets to provide added rigidity.
